RP continued from OMB. . . not for the faint of heart . . . *wonders why she's in it* xD; Rating: PG-13/R Notes: Strong adult themes and innuendoes.
------------------------------------------------------ when we last left our heroes, they were. . . uhm. . . . swimming in a lake.
"Perhaps we should discuss world peace," the gryvern returned with a perfectly serious expression. "Or find a way to bolster the economy without causing the downfall of the financially unstable." He rolled briefly beneath the waves, circling around the Sin to come up on the far side, pressing in closely. "Or we can do some further exploration and drive those questions away."
"That sounds like fun... Would you care to lead?" Geil asked with a small smile spread across his face, not turning around to face the gryvern, instead paddling backwards slightly to press his back against the other, and rub the back of his head against it's neck softly.
Mozer reacted instinctively, lightly nipping the back of Geil's neck and giving a low growl, not in anger but as a natural reaction to the teasing. "Well," he answered in the same, throaty sound. "I am a Scholar and that gives me many, many questions."
So he set about answering some of them.

~( a lot of bad things happen here... For a long time )~
Jaradka hadn't thought it was very strange for Casimir to not be around for awhile, but after the fourth day she began to wonder and immediatly set out to find her MIA mate, she had no idea where he would be but assumed he would be at Hawkings Crest... Him and Mozer were there so often weren't they? It was where they lived of course it made sense that they would be there a lot...
But when she got there and went to Casimirs place he wasn't there... And well, now she was out of ideas, most of the Gryvern were too afraid to talk to her for some reason, and who would she ask?...
Some random person of course! So she walked out from wherever it was Casimir stayed and looked for the first gryvern, or other creature to ask about Casimirs location.

The first creature she ran into was a contrasting gryvern, who watched her determined approach with some trepidation. His tiny dragonfly-like wings fluttered and it looked as though he was seriously contemplating running. Of course, she was huge and he instinctively knew that she would not only chase him, she'd catch him. As she grew closer, Ziven realized who this was. None other than Casimir's frighteningly large mate, Jaradka. Lovely? The gryvern didn't quite sink in on himself, but he certainly wasn't standing as tall as he normally would. His antennae tried to droop as he stared up and up and up (well, that's wot it seemed like) at the very large dragon. "May I, ah," his voice nearly squeaked before settling into his usual tenor. "May I assist you in some way?"

Jaradka did not approach in the manner of one asking for directions, she strode forward with the determination and confidence of someone who was approaching prey that was not smart enough to want to run until it was far too late... When she was asked if she needed assistance, she tilted her head at the strange gryvern... Well, it smelled like a gryvern, but it was so bright... And it had antenna, was it a bug? No... No it wasn't a bug, it smelled like a gryvern, but the antenna and wings were strange, Maybe it was half moth? No, it was just a gryvern wasn't it.
Then she remembered that she wasn't here to try and figure out what it was, she was here to find her missing love. "Yes, prey, prey. Jaradka is looking for Casimir prey, Does the gryvern know where he is?" She asked in her eery voice, rising and lilting in a way that seemed hardly natural, And she looked Down... and down at him, her red eyes scrutinizing those antenna, as her claws gently kneaded the ground... It felt like she was getting ready to attack him...

Ziven was a gryvern and thus had the natural confidence of all gryvern. . . except this thing was rather large and he had hoped that by talking to her she'd stop coming towards him and egads, she was BIG and at any second. . . wait, Casimir?
"C-casimir?" Ziven blinked as he realized he had actually squeaked. Grey-purple eyes stared up and up and he forgot for a moment wot he had to say. Gads, she was huge. Casimir was big, too, but the Warriour had to be out-massed by this-- she asked a question.
"He's been at the Orchard, looking for Mozer. . ." Ziven trailed off slightly. "Mahu-ike has gone to keep him company a time or two."

Jaradka was uncertain to why this bug/gryvern was so terrified of her? What was she doing that made them so uncomfortable? There had to be something that this tiny little creature must find frightening. She tilted her head to the other side when he stuttered out her loves name, and nodded. Hmm... What was it that her friends had told her about being scary... Claws... Yes, she was doing something with her claws. She abruptly stopped kneading the ground with her claws, and then leaned in closer to the gryvern.
"Do not be afraid, Prey, prey, I am hunting another." She said in a extremely Unassuring manner before moving her head back again, Well, she had tried to make him more at ease... Moving on. "Where is the Mahu prey? I wish to find Casimir." She said and then smiled, She was doing so well with words today... It was a good feeling.

Ziven stared up at her, eye wide as he, again, contmplated running for his life. But no, she was hunting another, and he had just stuck her on his trail. He felt very sorry for Casimir. He was silent for a long moment.
"Uhm, well," he finally faltered back to life. "I haven't seen her in a few hours, but she was talking with Sera at the main complex. . ."

Jaradka was beginning to feel confused, He was even more terrified than before. Had she done something wrong? What else was there to do... She tried to remember but it was hard work trying to remember words... Calling them 'prey, prey' made people uncomfortable, that was right wasn't it? But what else was she supposed to call the prey... He hadn't said his name... That's right, she could ask questions like that sometimes, it wasn't for a bad reason after all.
"What is your name, Prey?" she paused realizing he answered her question then smiled, smiling meant you were a friend. "Can Prey, prey bring me there?" Too bad she forgot that her voice sounded just as scary as most of the mannerisms she tried to stifle.

The orange-red and black gryvern nearly quailed under that question. "Yes," he muttered, forgetting completely that she had asked his name. "Yes, I can take you." Of course, that meant she would be following him. Oy, this was why he never left Crest!!! T_T
He darted off, black legs moving in a very fast walk. Why did Casimir have to live so far out?
His fast walk didn't seem to do anything, Jaradka was nearly right on his heels, and that didn't aid his comfort level. He glanced back once to find her staring at him, and he swallowed hard before turning back quickly and continuing his swift walk.
It was nearly 10 minutes before they made it to the main area of Crest, even at the swift pace Ziven studiously upheld. And Ziven saw no sign of Mahu's distinctive colours. He nearly groaned aloud before he caught sight of Sera speaking with some Naa and he charged up to them without pause.
"I'm sorry, Sera, where's Mahu?" there was a note of breathless panic in his voice and Sera turned in surprise at the gryvern, eyes flicking up to the large tsume behind him.
"Hallo, Ziven, hallo, Jaradka. Mahu went to brind my something. She'll be back shortly. Is everything alright?"

For Jaradka, his fast pace was around her usual walk speed, and it was difficult for her to avoid trying to make him speed up. But that wasn't nice, he was smaller and slower she didn't want him to tire himself out just for her convenience. She was silent during the whole ten minutes that they were walking because he seemed so scared of her, and she really had nothing to talk about.
When they got there however, she followed him at a more casual pace... She wasn't supposed to scare horses, they scared easily didn't they. "Hello sera, prey." She said with a small bow then looked up at her. "Hunter Jaradka is hunting for Casimir. Prey, prey, said that Mahu knows where." She explained or atleast attempted to explain it

"Ah, sou desu ka," the woman answered with a quick glance at Ziven. The gryvern was still staring up at the tsume as the Naa around them simply watched them. Sera gave a low laugh and shook her head. "Well, Mahu will be right back." She paused for a moment. "In fact, she's on her way now."
It wasn't much longer before the white Explorer landed among them, carefully handing a paper to Sera who accepted it whilst explaining the tsume's presence. "Jaradka was looking for you, Mahu-ike."
The female gryvern froze for a second before she nodded and began to move a short distance off. "Greetings again, Jaradka. How may I help you?" Not that she didn't have an idea. . . at least she hoped this visit had everything to do with Casimir and nothing to do with her.

Sou desu ka? Jaradka tilted her head at this statement, it didn't make any sense... Sera spoke the same as her before, but now changed? Why would she do that, and then she changed back again! was she talking to the Naa before? Maybe that was it... That made sense if they didn't speak english. When Mahu-ike began approaching though, all her attention was immediatly shifted to the female... It was somewhat unnerving to have the full and fierce attention of this particulare creature staring down at you... But she soon made it worse by speaking.
"Can Mahu, prey, take me to Casimir prey? I am hunting for him." She asked in her curious tone, which sounded more... Threatening than her regular one. Not intentionally so, but it wasn't very reassuring that she just wanted to find Casimir, rather than eat him or something...

The tsume completely freaked Mahu out. However! She was an Explorer! She had faced the great unknown and not flinched she could handle one flipping tsume. As long as she didn't look at the other. Hopefully.
"Yah, I can take you to him," Mahu answered, trying to keep the unease from her voice, but unable to mask the sense of relief that spilled through. She didn't have any idea why Jaradka would have been looking for her otherwise and it was good to know the tsume really was after Casimir. He had signed up for that boat and now he could sail it by himself.
She turned to call back to the woman, "Sera?"
"Go on, Mahu. I'll let you know wot I think when you return."
The Fire nodded and glanced to Jaradka. "Alright, then, let's go."
Casimir moved to the cave again, a swift glance proving that no one had returned since his last ramble this way. Which was going on almost two hours ago. He was worried about Mozer, growing more so with each passing day. He wanted his friend back and the gryvern needed Mozer. The Dark Scholar was something of a symbol to them. He turned his gaze back to the sky, watching for the flash of white that would warn him of Mahu's return. He was using the Explorer to try and find the cave Natalya had been taken to. Perhaps the Sin had taken Mozer there.

Jaradka smiled, Finally they were going to Casimir rather than searching for those that might know of his whereabouts, it was a releif that Mahu was going to take her there because she was no good at talking to these gryvern... Too flighty, and she wasn't planning on playing right now. "Thank you prey, prey." She said as a parting word to Ziven, then quickly followed the other gryvern through the portal...
So while Casimir saw the flash in the air, immediatly afterwards a large green creature appeared along with the explorer, Flapping it's large wings slowly to stay aloft, and looking around for it's current prey... "Jaradka was here once before." She mentioned to the explorer.

Ziven felt as though he had been swept along in a flood as the large tsume finally disappeared. "I'm going to take a bath," he announced firmly, and strode off to go to the hot springs to try and ease some of his tension away.
Mahu quickly skimmed the land, and pointed downwards with one black-toed paw. Nevertheless, she dropped swiftly through the trees to land a short distance from where Casimir stood waiting.
The Dark Warriour's gaze wasn't on her, however, his eyes had shifted to the large tsume and now he watched her with calm quiet.
