Strange Days

[Thalron]

He pulled his arm back down to his side and shrugged "If they want to find me I'm out in the open, I'm just not where they would be otherwise." He paused again as he looked at her, yeah, she would think it was that... Someone with mutations that, well.. obvious would probably do a lot of hiding. "Can you fly?" he asked as he tilted his head at her, her wings were large (unlike his) but they seemed odd, and wasn't too sure they were capable of it afew times he had seen tsumes without wings fly but he was pretty sure she wasn't one of those magic types, just thinking about it made his own wings twitch slightly.

[Nyx]

"I d-d-d-on't k-k-know. I've n-n-never tried." she said thinking about it. "I s-s-sup-p-p-os-s-se I c-c-could, exc-c-cpt f-f-for th-the t-t-twit-tching." she added flexing her wings a bit. She flapped thema bit and hovered a few feet off the ground. "I g-g-gues-s-s I c-c-can." she said landing where she had been a few seconds earlier, and smiling. She was rather enjoying talking to this Volos. He so far hadn't made fun of her too much.

[Thalron]

Never tried it before? geeze, he had always envied those with the gift of flight and here was someone who had it but never tried? His wings were only for decoration and getting hurt... "Huh, That's pretty neat, I can't fly at all with these stubby things, you should try flying more often, you never know when it might come in handy." He says with a glance back at his own wings, sighing then turning his attention back to her...

Despite the odd appearance and stutter this tsume was ok company... "..." He almost asked what type she was... But then stopped himself, it didn't really matter and he'd probably just make himself seem like a jerk or something, well atleast more of one.

[Nyx]

Vozai sat back on her haunchs and considered the other Twume with a tilted head. "S-s-s-so, w-w-w-w-what d-d-d-do you l-l-l-like t-t-to d-d-do b--bes-sids kil t-t-trees?" she asked

[Thalron]

He shrugs, looking over at her for a moment before replying "umm... Cut things? Sometimes I get hungry and hunt stuff... Or you know, talk people..." he demonstrates the cutting things part by slicing off a couple of thin branches from the tree with a quick whack... "What about you?"

[Nyx]

Vozai thought about this for a moment. "I l-l-l-like t-t-to play p-p-p-pranks." she said. "It's r-r-rath-ther f-f-fun, b-b-but t-t-tend-ds to g-g-get m-m-e in t-t-trouble."

[Thalron]

Pranks? he shuddered at the thought, most of his 'friends' would probably maim him if he had the audacity to do something like that "Really? what's your normal prank-ing method?" he asked as he resumed cutting bits off the tree, having paused only when he spoke... His wing itched e_e; but he was smart enough to not try and scratch it... atleast for alittle while.

[Nyx]

"W-w-w-well, I g-g-generally n-n-need help, but m-m-my f-f-favorite prank s-s-so f-f-far w-w-was w-when M-m-moraes and I w-w-wrapped d-d-duct t-t-tape around V-v-vaesaelol's m-muzzle. H-he t-t-talks t-t-to m-m-much." she said with a girlish giggle. Her left eye began to twitch, but there was nothing she could do about it

Duct tape? he'd seen that stuff before, man was it hard to get off, luckily he never had it attached to him he imagined it would be painful with the amount of fur he saw it remove when yanked hard enough... "I don't know who those people are, but it sounds amusing, " he paused as her eye twitched, hmm... she did seem to twitch an awful lot, maybe it was because she was part moth or something "Ever tar and feather someone?" he asked with a amused chuckle, not that he had ever done it but it had been done to him once, by accident... Everyone else atleast seemed to think it was amusing so it must be pretty fun, for everyone but the victim that is.

[Nyx]

Vozai thinks for a moment. "N-n-no, I havn't." she said. "D-d-dosen't s-s-sound v-v-very p-p-pleasant." Duct tape had ben about the most daring thing she had done. "I d-d-did p-p-ut s-s-spiders in N-n-nyx' b-bed once. S-s-she is d-d-deathly a-a-afraid of s-s-spiders."

[Thalron]

He nodded ; he was rather afraid of spiders aswell, they always skittered around and were small and hard to see, and he couldn't swat at them like most tsumes... He had found that out the hard way when he was a kid, it was good to have friends that were capable healers... He hadn't talked to them in awhile though. "it isn't." he says with a small smirk, then nods "I don't like spiders much either, especially the bitey kind." he said with a shudder, for someone that has lived with blades protruding from various places on his body, it is rather surprising he's lived so long with how clumsy he acts most of the time.

[Nyx]

She smiled softly at him. She was beginning to get the dreaded dreamy feeling and tried to shake it off. She sighed and instatly blushed. She quickly tried to change the subject. "S-s-so, any s-s-special f-f-friends?" she asked and regreted it. She wanted to change the subject, but not to this.

[Thalron]

...Well, that came out of nowhere, and was she blushing? ; This almost reminded him of that freaky chaos type that ran around, come to think of it both of them talked weird...

"Uh... No..." he might have blushed, but it was impossible to tell due to his colouring, thank god... "umm... How about you?" he asked despite that demon of embarressment that was currently stabbing his brain repeatedly with a pitchfork or something.

[Nyx]

Voz almost fainted dead away. She so didn't want to start going where this conversation was going. Instead of showing just how embarrased she was, she trudged on. "N-n-no. All th-th-the g-g-guys I m-m-meet m-m-make f-fun of th-the w-w-way I t-t-talk."

[Thalron]

He squints at her then gives her a crooked, sort of thoughtful smile "Oh? well, you should introduce me to these people sometime." he said with his grin widening and taking on a more toothy appearance, he crossed his blades then drew them out along eachother with a 'Shrriieennnkkk' noise, causing a small spark to illustrate what he thought the conversation would be about were he to meet them.
