The pale Tsume twisted with some urgency away from the scene of the battle, so desperate to escape that she didn't notice the blood which was seeping from her wounds and creating a trail of crimson splatters for the Lust to follow.
He would track her for what seemed like a long time, until she had flown out of the forest and was gliding over the open plains, where few Tsumes traveled. With a single stroke, she descended into a small grove of trees, vanishing from his view - but he now knew well where she hid.
Inside the trees rose a small spring which fed the small patch of green. The Tsume's scythe was sitting in the flow of the water, which flowed easily over the blade of the weapon. Caellis sat nearby, licking softly at her burn, occasionally gathering cool water and pouring it over the tender flesh.

Geil shuddered as he thought about what he did, killing was not something he normally thought about... In most situations he simply let people harm him until he could take hold of their mind, or he ran. If that strange tsume had not been so strongly on his mind he might have felt worse about it, but he couldn't let someone damage something so... Beautiful, and she was so agile and dexterous... Many of the same traits he prided himself in.
When he saw where she landed he slowed down, and caught his breath as he walked towards the trees... Finally falling almost completely silent as he peeked inside, carefully surveying the scene he first noticed the tsume, and then the scythe nearby. Now how should he approach someone like this? He didn't want to fight her... So standing over the scythe was probably not a good idea.
Almost subconsciously he began to ease her mind for his prompt insertion to the environment. "May I enter fair lady?" he asked with his head somewhat bowed, still standing near the edge of the trees.

She was so exhausted when she had arrived to her sanctuary that she had declined to put up any sort of defense. She had felt such a feeling of peace as she bathed that she was not on the offensive when the other appeared. He easily ribboned a tendril of emotion into her mind, and it anchored there almost as easily. At the sound of his voice, she swung her head around, glancing at him.
His appearance set off a series of complicated alarms in her mind. She knew that, before anything else, it was her duty to kill this charming Tsume. There were other thoughts there, however, thoughts that had so much more weight at this point: He had protected her in the fight. He was not offensive to her. She had been alone for so long, it couldn't hurt to at least tolerate him for a time, could it?
She was silent, staring at him with her multicolored eyes, a note of internal conflict evident in her gaze. When she spoke, it was softly, barely audible. "You may."

Geil walked forward, carefully stepping into her sanctuary as if he had to step over some invisible fence, then slowly walked towards her without so much as a glance towards the scythe. He felt almost bad about manipulating her mind, even if he was just doing it slightly for the moment... It was much more satisfying to win someone over without the use of cheap tricks.
He walked beside her and sat down, choosing to be on the opposite side than the scythe so as to not appear to be separating the two. "I... Wanted to thank you for helping me earlier..." He said slowly as he bowed to her. "...May I help you with your wounds?" He asked as he raised his head back to her eye level, gazing softly upon her with his pink eyes... It was almost impossible to even try and think about him being evil, mean or harmful... Even if he wasn't making her mind biased in his direction.

She knew what lurked beneath his placid, soft gaze. She had heard stories of this Tsume's insatiable hunger - though unlike most, he did not hunger for flesh in the same way that she herself did. She was unable to speak for another moment, her head was pulsing in pain... Trying to force that which he fed into her mind out while wanting desperately to simply submit to his desires was affecting her entire body, and as he got closer he would notice the way she seemed to hum with uncertainty.
"You may," she replied, never taking her eyes off of him. The note of distrust had once again re-entered her gaze, and he would realize that he would have to work hard to earn her, if that was what he wanted. She shifted slightly, making room for him to move beside her. She bristled with anticipation, muscles tensed under her skin. She was most certainly prepared to flee.

Geil smiled at her, then lessened the amount of emotions he was feeding to her... He wasn't in a hurry, and he could give them to her slow enough that it'd be impossible to tell. he frowned slightly when he inspected the burn more closely, he hated seeing people hurt in any way... (except the good ways) He wasn't especially good at first aid, especially without the things he had gotten from the humans... But he could easily make a makeshift sponge out of some of the moss and grass that was around here... Which he did in an efficient manner, while managing to not detract from the greenery much.
When he went over to fill it with water, he also quickly washed off the bite mark he had received from the momentary fight with Elena... "...My name is Geil, would you umm... Happen to have a name?" He asked as he returned with the water filled sponge to apply on her burn.

"Caellis." she replied shortly. It could have been interpreted as being rude, but he would likely have realized that she was not much for talking. She shifted slightly under his touch, closing her eyes for a moment. "I also owe you thanks. I know what you did when I left." Her voice was very quiet, and seemed as if it had little substance to it, unlike the rest of her. Her wings adjusted, folding in close to her body, and she looked at him.
"...Forgive me for saying it, but you are causing me substantial emotional turmoil." she cleared her throat, watching him once more. There was something preditory about her gaze as she watched, similar to the stare a cat gives moments before striking. "Part of me is screaming that Elena was the least dangerous of the two of you and that I should have killed you when the opportunity arose."

Geil smiled a bit more when she returned with her name, however short she was being it was heartening to know that she would talk to him at all, let alone give him her name. When she said that she owed him thanks, he blushed somewhat and nodded to her somewhat embarrassedly, continuing to apply the soft sponge against her burn, allowing his hand to brush against a unhurt section of her fur when he transferred the water soaked material to being held with one of his rather claw-less hands.
At the comment of emotional turmoil he nodded a little nerviously..."I-i'm sorry... It's hard for me to help it." He said and then tried to withdraw his mind as much as possible without losing his hook... He might need it later. when she commented about him being the more dangerous he really blushed, not just being cute as he did before. "I can't stand violence, even if it's sometimes necessary... I had to stop that fire, or it would have suffered a much worse fate... and would have hurt you." he explained somewhat before looking back up into her eyes. "Elena is dangerous... Unstable, violent and reckless... All things that I hate, I am not nearly as powerful... Unless you allow me to be." He didn't say that he also hated lying, but he wasn't even though it might be to his detriment. "...I am also thankful you didn't kill me... Is there any way I can repay you?" he asked sincerely, there probably wasn't but... Maybe?

She shivered uncontrollably under his touch, her multicolored eyes sliding shut in what appeared to be some kind of pain. Her posture was one of complete unease, unease about the Tsume that was so close to her, unease about his being close to her... It all seemed to be too much right now, but even through that feeling she found herself moving into his touch. It couldn't hurt for her to know her enemies. She had very few dealings with Sins, and learning more about their abilities wouldn't hurt...
She wondered if she could get away with stealing just a fragment of Geil's soul. His ability would be... Useful.
"I understand." Caellis replied curtly, still not looking at him. She hated his pink eyes. They were too effeminate in his masculine... No. Stop. Right now. His ability was extremely strong, and she was fighting hard to keep up her mental block. Unlike Elena's ability, Geil seemed to use more than just his telipathy to influence others. He did have a natural grace that was almost... Intoxicating...
If she had less self control, she would have slapped herself. She could feel her mood brightening as he made his offer, and she knew he would not like what she wanted to ask. She opened her eyes and looked at him, those strange multi-toned rings seeming to bore directly through him. "There is one thing."

The sight of unease in her frame made him pause momentarily, but soon she could feel the light touch of his hand gently running down along her back, soothing the tightened muscles as it went... stroking her seemingly as light as a feather, although the pleasant feeling moved much deeper than just the surface of her hide. He could hardly control himself as he felt the softness of her fur, the strong yet subtle muscles hiding beneath her skin, and her strange eyes. When she shut them he silently leant down beside her, ready for when they would open again.
When her eyes opened once more and she turned to face he was right there, their noses touching for a moment as he gazed back into her eyes... Such a strong look was something he had become accustomed to, and he took it in with no sign of unease. "Just one thing?" he asked slowly, smoothly... the words sliding out as if they had been oiled.
His mental suggestions echoed into her just as the more... physical ones did, hiding in each others shadows in an attempt to be indistinguishable. Geil was right when he said he wasn't as strong, but he used that strength he did have to it's full extent, and in ways many of the more brutish sins could only imagine.

Her muscles are twitching as she struggles to restrain herself. She had a definite distinction between her mind and her body, and what the two things wanted were entirely different. Her body was screaming that she should ask for *that* kind of favor, but her mind pushed those troublesome (and troubling) thoughts aside, shaking her thoughts clear. He was cunning and delicate, this was obvious, and she understood now why he had so many children roaming the Hills. She could do this.
She did not even flinch as she found herself muzzle-to-muzzle with the siren, eyes flashing slightly, the inner rim of red darkening in what, to him, was an obvious sign that he was finally getting into her mind. Her heart was pounding hard, she could feel the blood rushing through her veins.
"I want," she says slowly, speaking carefully so as not to let any unwanted words slide from between her lips. This was what she really wanted, what she really needed, and she would get it. "some of your soul."

He could feel how close he was to getting her, her body had already given up in its struggle. It wanted to be with him, he was surprised she was able to restrain herself so thoroughly, even if he could see the spasming muscles, and familiar scent of the scene. Her body could not lie to him as to its desires... but her mind somehow remained.
His mind was slipping further into her own, trying to twist the words as they came out.. It didn't work though, atleast not in time for her to voice the true request. his gaze and features continued to remain calm, his eyes closing for just a moment as he rubbed his nose to hers, his bright pink tongue licking the side of her muzzle before he reopened his eyes to gaze deep into her own... "If that is what you truly wish..." his words gave her one last chance to change her mind... he doubted she had succumb enough just yet, but he could always try.
In truth, whether she took a piece of his soul or not, he would still be there... There wasn't any rule saying he couldn't make his own request, or simply wait for her to make another...

As she watched the sin, the only indication to her inner turmoil was the way that her pupils would dilate to take in the sight of him, only to contract a moment later, becoming mere pinholes at the center of the prisms that made up her iris. Oh, her mind wanted to kill him, and leave nothing left to show that he had ever walked upon this earth. But... she knew she would not be able to. At this point, if she tried, her body would likely betray her.
But Geil had been... Stunted, in a way. He'd find that the tricks that had brought so many Gryvern to him had much less effect on the Tsume. The rumors of Sin-sickness were being proven true, more and more as the two interacted. The mind of this female was no more powerful, yet she was more accustomed to the thoughts of another Tsume, and so, his ability was unable to grab hold as firmly.
That was not to say that she was not effected, and a low gasp esaped her as his tongue met her cheek, heat rising to the skin below it. She turned slightly, moving as if to kiss him, and then biting into his tongue rather painfully.
'That will be enough of that, I think,' she speaks directly into his mind, not daring to release his tongue, eyes staring deep into his own. 'When I release you, I want you to leave the water. Stand next to the scythe. I'd like to finish this as quickly as possible.'
She slowly opened her mouth, almost begrudgingly (her body was loathe to send him away so quickly), and released him.

His eyes fluttered half shut a couple times as she bit into his tongue, coming back to their normal steady, soft gaze into her own. She was putting up a fight, pretty much as he had expected... The gryverns were easy prey for his mind, but his usual targets were not of that species, he had grown up with tsumes and those were still what he was used to.
As she spoke to his mind, he couldn't help but smile. She was going to give into him, and it seemed they both knew it, but he wasn't going to chance getting eviscerated for denying her request. After all, she had saved him from Elena, she did deserve a real reward... losing a piece of his soul was better than having the entirety freed to the ether.
His tongue moved up along the tip of her nose as he drew it back, idly smirking as it moved back into his mouth... There was a little blood, but he was used to much harsher a treatment from some of his peers. "As you wish..." he said with a small bow, slipping back away from her and moving beside the scythe. "My body, and soul are open to you... Caellis."
