Or rather the storm was awaiting her, To wake up... She, as was so often her habit was asleep, out on the top of a hill in the open... The storm clouds over head seemed bursting with rain but not a drop fell, and all the rain tsume did was snore, rather daintily... She had placed herself there because she had a nack for telling areas that others that were not so cautious would travel through much like that dog which no matter what you might have had planned will know exactly where to lay so that you must trip over her. His ears flicking as he listened and without knowing really why walked twored where the tsume was his eye serching for something. Sighign slightly as he walked he glanced aroud and opened hsi wings ready to take off and find something to do before he spotted the other tsume and grinned slightly walking over to her and saying in a soft slightly tired vocie, " Hello." |

The rain show'd no signs of hearing him, however the rain clouds did, sending a single droplet down to land on the fires nose, followed by booming ear aching thunder which echoed across the sky... Despite the abruptness of the noise and the threatening storm the Rain continued to sleep, drawing a wing over herself to get alittle warmer, most tsumes would have atleast found shelter to sleep under if they were that tired.  |

Gorms looked at his nose for a moment and when the thunder was heard her groaned not liking storms that much. But with a sigh he nugged at the rain his wings folded to his sides keeping in some warmth, " Come on wake up.." he muttered groaning slightly.

"Nnn..." her eyes flickered alittle bit, before she opened them taking a deep sigh of cool fresh air in as she looked over and up, slowly at whatever had nudged her blinking tiredly, although she doesn't actually look that tired. she opened her mouth and began to say something, right when the clouds exploded in rain, it was almost impossible to see even just afew feet infront of your face with how hard it was, thunder echoing as the storm was unleashed, or awoken you might say.
"A nice day for a walk eh?" she asked, her voice ringing clear despite the sound of the storm as she slowly got to her feet.

He eyed her rolling his eyes, "Sure...Now can we get out of this storm...You may like it but I don't.." he said shaking off some of the rain but it meerly covered him again as it was pooring down.

She chuckled at him and shook her head, before looking around "Out of the storm? it doesn't look like there is much cover around here." and it was true, there was little cover to be found, and what there was was not very good...
"Heh don't say things like that, you might hurt it's feelings." she laughed lightly and moved alittle bit closer to him, brushing off some of the rain from his chest/side with one of her feathery wings... Strangely enough the rain was not replaced despite the fact that it was still pouring... Infact no rain seemed to be touching them at all (unless you count the tsume that is) as if there was a hole in the cloud directly above them. "What brings you my way, stranger?" she asked, still seeming rather amused at something or other.

He glanced up but said nothing for a moment and then answered her question, " Wondering, boredom, or a combination of the two.." he said grinning slightly, " I'm Gorm Lasair..Who might you be?" he asked nodding his head slightly.

"So many wanderers this time, but few would dare travel in this storm... Are you sure it was just boredom?" she says with a slight chuckle, It seemed like every day she met someone else who was just wandering around aimlessly... So few people had purpose these days.
"My friends call me Lithra, and you may too if you wish." she moved her left wing back to her side and moved the other one to brush off the water from his other side, hopefully he wasn't ticklish, as her feathers brushed along the side of him could provoke a rather strong reaction for those that were sensitive to that kind of thing.

...How come she never met the talkative type? She knew they were out there but... Whenever she meets a guy he's either too serious, jumpy, or evil... or just plain weird. "You have pretty markings, a fire type right?" she asked in a slight attempt at conversation, with the distracted looking male...
The storm continued to rage, albeit just afew yards from them in every direction... it was kind of like being in a glass bubble, rain and storm everywhere but where they were.

" Thanks...Same to you.." he said responding and nodding, " Yes..You a rain?" he asked pretty sure she was but talking with her even though the distration was still on his midn but not as much.

She giggled slightly and moved forward to his right side, brushing up against him alittle bit "Aw, thanks." she said with a smirk, she was actually completely dry even though the rain had been pouring on her earlier, dry and warm... "How'd you guess?" she asked with a sarcastic smile before nudging him with her shoulder "So what is it your thinking about? expecting someone, something?"

He raised an eyebrow slightly and smurked a bit, " Hmm..Don't know.." then he grinned, " Yes and no...I'm not sure if the 'someone' I'm waiting for is going to come. Hopefuly I'll find out quikly.." he said grinning slightly.

She shrugged "I doubt anyone would be able to find us in this rain, it is rather thick." she said with a large sigh, of course she could thin it out but... well, she didn't feel like it, and the sound was rather pleasant to her ears atleast.
