(I'm starting out writing about the more.. complex and odd elements, and with the Sin outbreak, it makes sense to start with them.)
Sins are some of the most bizzare Tsumes out there, both physically and mentally. Some might consider them the anti-Tsume, especially in terms of their views of the world and other Tsumes. Generally speaking, Tsumes are loyal, honorable, and EXTREMELY protective. Sins are none of the above, occasionally even shrugging off the bonds of a monagamous relationship in favor of polygamy and one-night stands.
Sins are VERY picky about knowing who is stronger and who is weaker. They don't care much for the other elements, preferring to interract with their own element. But before they do that, they test eachother with their mental abilities. This "fight" determines who is stronger, and can sometimes result in casualties in the participating parties.
Ahh, the abilities of the Sin Tsume. They are considered the masters of emotions, able to use thought suggestions to completely control others. Though each Sin has control over all emotions, they are strongest at using the emotions linked to their own sin. Sins rarely use physical attacks, preferring to stand back and mess their opponents up that way. Due to the nature of their abilities, Sins are usually able to control their own emotions fairly well. When used against other Tsumes, the results can be devistating - mental overload, breakdown, and suicide are all common effects of a fight with a Sin.
One of the more curious aspects of Sin Tsumes is their growth. At birth they are fairly dull looking, with grey eyes, brown coats, and black manes. They tend to be sweet and innocent, but they show signs of corruption early on. As they grow, their sin takes hold of them and effects their appearance. At adolecence, the eyes of the Sin change, and markings appear that match the eye color. The color is linked to whichever sin has become a part of the Tsume. A symbol-like mark appears somewhere on the body. This symbol says the name of the Tsume's sin in an ancient language.
As has been known for many years, there are seven cardinal sins, and so there are seven classifications of Sin Tsumes.
Greed: Greed Tsumes have yellow eyes and markings. As would be indicated by their title, they are incredibly greedy creatures who desire to make everything theirs. As such, they tend to have many piercings and possessions. In terms of mating and mates, they like to... collect. X3 ;Their mental abilities focus around bringing out the greed in others.
Gluttony: Gluttony Tsumes have orange eyes and markings. They are usually either somewhat obese or incredibly thin, unable to satiate their hunger. Gluttonys like to indulge in life's simple pleasures, and they bring that out in others with very little effort.
Envy: Envy Tsumes are green-eyed, green-marked, jealous creatures. Everything they see, they envy. They want to be what others are, want to steal their perfect lives and habits. As such, they have low self-esteem and tend to be relatively unstable. In relationships they are loyal - but creepily so. Envys bring up jealousy in others.
Wrath: Wrath Tsumes have crimson eyes and markings, and fiery tempers to match. The temper of a Wrath Tsume is so great that there is little in life that they actually enjoy - everything else just pisses them off. They use this as a method of ruining others, bringing hidden rage into the open.
Sloth: Sloth Tsumes are marked with purple, and their eyes are the same color. They tend to be on the thin side, simply because moving and eating requires more effort than a sloth is willing to exert. Truthfully, simply looking at one of these Tsumes is enough to bring lethargy into your mind.
Lust: Lust Tsumes have pink eyes and markings. They tend to pride themselves on appearance, using sexual attraction to gain allies. They act seductively, pulling carnal desires from the minds of others, and are likely the most promiscuous of all the Sins.
Pride: Pride Tsumes have blue eyes and markings. Usually a pride is a Sin born with some rare mutation, one that marks then as being better than others. They feed off of compliments, and incite fights in others by stirring up I'm-better-than-you thoughts in the minds of others. They're too good for having just one mate, but at the same time they're above polyamory. It depends on the mood they're in. X3
Any questions, just ask. @_@;; -wipes sweat off brow-
